Mike Hargrave, 50, has been responsible for e-commerce tools at Sears Holdings since 2014. Previous e-commerce positions include director of online merchandising, lawn & garden from 2010, online buyer lawn & garden from 2009, online merchandise manager from 2008, and online content manager from 2003; he rejoined the company in 2001. Before then, he was with Goliath Falls Inc. from 2000. Earlier, he held merchandising positions at Sears Holdings from 1987.
