|Marissa Zefeldt is the Ecommerce Product Merchant for Lawn & Garden; Garden, Outdoor Living, and Outdoor Tools – this involves soliciting suppliers for supported dot.com promotions, and managing the submission of Merchant-run promotions to the Ecommerce and Marketing Teams. She is also a Product Merchant in the Lawn & Garden department of True Value Company. She is responsible for all Watering and Wild Bird categories, as well as Planters. Marissa has been with True Value Company for 3.5 years, and she previously worked for Sears Holdings Corporation and Victoria’s Secret in Store Management. Prior to that she graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Merchandising.|

Throughout his executive career, Scott has held leadership positions with Walmart Global Sourcing and Procurement and Sam’s Club. An expert in data mining and analysis, Scott initiated category strategy development and enabled purchase price leveraging across markets. Scott attained his BS in Radio and Television from Arkansas State University. As a seasoned panelist and speaker, Scott has served on a judging panel for the 2017 Walton MBA Case Competition, spoke at a US Chamber of Commerce Summit, and was a moderator at the 2017 WalStreet Fireside Chat: OmniChannel – The Internet is Real. Mike Hargrave, 50, has been responsible for e-commerce tools at Sears Holdings since 2014. Previous e-commerce positions include director of online merchandising, lawn & garden from 2010, online buyer lawn & garden from 2009, online merchandise manager from 2008, and online content manager from 2003; he rejoined the company in 2001. Before then, he was with Goliath Falls Inc. from 2000. Earlier, he held merchandising positions at Sears Holdings from 1987.
