Cancellation Policy

The Home Improvement eRetailer Summit values our customer relationships. This cancellation policy is based on ensuring that all customers feel confident and comfortable paying registration and/or sponsorship fees to attend the Summit.

If the 5th Home Improvement eRetailer Summit is cancelled due to the covid-19 pandemic you will receive a 100% refund of your attendee fees and/or sponsorship fees. You will not be reimbursed for any hotel or travel fees.

Cancellation of the 5th Home Improvement eRetailer Summit would be due to the covid-19 pandemic and the city, state and/or federal regulations of travel and/or gathering sizes. Other COVID-related cancellations will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

In the event of a postponement due to the covid-19 pandemic, payments will be applied to the re-scheduled date; and, no refunds will be issued.
