Refund, Cancellation & Payment Policy

There are NO REFUNDS unless the registrant has submitted cancellation in writing within 24 hours of signing an agreement and/or submitting registration fees. For those that qualify for a refund it will be less $150.00 administration processing fee. At any time, registration fees are transferable to representatives from the same company.

To qualify for the early bird rate all registration fees must be paid by June 30, 2018.

All fees must be paid in full prior to November 7, 2018 to attend and participate at the Home Improvement eRetailer Summit. Absent attendees will not be refunded their registration fees.

All attendees are responsible for their own travel related expenses. The Home Improvement eRetailer Summit has secured a group rate at the Hotel Monaco Chicago located in downtown Chicago, IL.
